...and the topic of nutrition caught my attention the most.
I’ve read many articles and watched many lectures trying to figure out what is the best way to feed my family before I decided to deep dive into the world of nutrition by getting a proper education so that I could also help others.
...so is helping people get healthier using nutrition as a tool.
You can see me light up when I talk about food and things food can do to our bodies. Seeing people achieve their goals is the best reward I can get doing what I do.
...as we were learning new foods, new recipes, new cooking techniques.
To no surprise, our 3 year old (at that time) was resistant to change but we patiently kept offering her new foods while enjoying those foods in front of her. After some time, some of the foods she refused to even touch became her favorites.
We also don’t forget to treat ourselves at times. Luckily, we don’t need to sacrifice much by excluding animal products, thanks to the accessibility and affordability of many plant based options these days.
I do believe that one can achieve a perfectly balanced diet without excluding any foods at all and I can certainly help you with that.
